摘　　要：目的:探讨应用瓷贴面关闭成人上颌中切牙间隙的临床修复效果。方法:采用IPS e.max铸瓷制作贴面修复上颌中切牙间隙28例,并进行两年的随访,并采用美国公共健康协会的修正标准进行评价分析。结果:制作完成的112例瓷贴面,色泽自然,颜色逼真,牙龈组织健康,成功率95%。结论:应用瓷贴面关闭成人上颌中切牙间隙具有良好的临床美容修复效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the porcelain laminate veneer clinical repair effect. Methods Using IPS new type pressable ceramic e.Max production veneer restoration of maxillary midline diastema in 28 cases, and at least two year follow-up, and the Califonia Dental Association standard for evaluation and analysis. Results Produced 112 pieces of porcelain laminate veneer restorations of natural and vivid color,marginal adaptation,gingival tissue.Follow up of one and a half years after successful 308,failed 11,a Success rate of 95%. Conclusion Porcelain laminate veneer with good clinica cosmetology repair effect,is worth popularizing.
