摘 要:[目的]研究海洋生境芽孢杆菌HTTAZ10-03的抑菌应用潜力。[方法]通过gyr B序列同源性等分析鉴定菌株,96孔板和抑菌率法测试MIC值和抑菌谱,PCR扩增菌株2个重要生防基因,盆栽实验测定菌株对番茄叶霉病和油菜菌核病的防治效果。[结果]HTTAZ10-03菌株鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),菌株具有与抑菌活性有关的fen D,itu C基因簇,茄链格孢病菌抑菌MIC值为2 m L/L,对番茄灰霉等8种植物病原菌抑制率74.1%~85.4%,番茄叶霉病和油菜菌核病菌的防效为62.1%~63.6%。[结论]芽孢杆菌HTTAZ10-03具有较好的杀菌剂开发潜力。[Aims] The aim of this research is to testify antimicrobial application potential of marine Bacillus strain HTTAZ10-03. [Methods] The strain HTTAZ10-03 was identified by gyrB sequence. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and antimicrobial spectrum of the strain HTTAZ10-03 on plant pathogenic fungi were determined by 96-welt plates method and microbial inhibitory rate methods respectively. Two important biocontrol genes were amplified and the control effect of the strain was determined by pot experiments on Cladosporium fulvum and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. [Results] The strain was identified as B. amyloliquefaciens. Gene fragments related with antifungi activity offenD and ituC were found in this strain. The MIC to A. solani was 2 mL/L and antimicrobial inhibition rates on 8 plant pathogenic fungi such as Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium graminearum, F. oxysporum were from 74.1 to 85.4%. The control effects of tomato leaf mould and rape sclerotinia were 62.1-63.6%. [Conclusions] The strain HTTAZ10-03 possess preferable pesticide application potential.
