摘　　要：目的探讨XAF1和XIAP在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及意义。方法应用Western blot(26例)和免疫组化SP法检测166例卵巢上皮性癌及14例正常卵巢组织中XAF1和XIAP的表达情况,并分析与临床病理特征的相关性。结果XAF1在卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率(33.1%),光密度值低于正常卵巢组织(71.4%,<0.05),XAF1在FIGO分期III/IV期患者中的阳性表达率显著低于I/II期(=0.008)。而XIAP在卵巢P上皮性癌中的阳性表达率(56.0%),光密度值高于正常卵巢组织(21.4%,<0.05)。结论 XIAP高表达,XAF1低表达可能与卵巢上皮性癌的发生相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of XAF1 and XIAP proteins in human epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods The expressions of XAF1 and XIAP in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 14 cases of normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry SP（166 cases） and Western blot（26eases） methods, and the clinicopathologie parameters were analyzed. Results The positive percentage and optic density value of XAF1 expression were lower in epithelial ovarian carcinoma than in normal ovarian tissue（P〈0.05）, but higher for the expression of XIAP in epithelial ovarian carcinoma than in normal ovarian tissue（P〈0.05）. XAF1 expression level was significantly lower in FIGOIII/IV stage than in FIGO I/II stage （P=0.008） in epithelial ovarian cancer. Conclusion The low expression of XAF1 and overexpression of XIAP might be related to the development of ovarian cancer.
