摘 要:目的为了解海南省水果中抑霉唑、嘧霉胺的污染状况,2013-2014年连续2年对海南水果中抑霉唑、嘧霉胺残留量进行监测,并根据监测数据,结合海南省居民膳食消费量调查数据,对海南水果中抑霉唑、嘧霉胺进行膳食暴露评估。方法充分考虑海南各县市水果的种植面积、生产季节、人口分布等情况,在海南10县市采集水果样品499份(其中田间果园采集358份,农贸市场或超市采集141份),检测抑霉唑、嘧霉胺残留量。采用国内理论最大膳食摄入(National Theoretical Maximum Daily Intake,NTMDI)法对海南水果中抑霉唑、嘧霉胺进行膳食暴露评估。结果抑霉唑、嘧霉胺风险指数分别为:6.50%和1.36%。未检出结果以0计时,抑霉唑、嘧霉胺膳食暴露量为:0.00437μg/kg bw/d和0.00519μg/kg bw/d;未检出结果以1/2LOD计时,抑霉唑、嘧霉胺膳食暴露量为:0.00530μg/kg bw/d和0.00612μg/kg bw/d;未检出结果以LOD计时,抑霉唑、嘧霉胺膳食暴露量为:0.00628μg/kg bw/d和0.00710μg/kg bw/d。结论抑霉唑、嘧霉胺风险指数均远小于100%。未检出结果以0、1/2LOD、LOD计时,抑霉唑、嘧霉胺膳食暴露量均远小于抑霉唑ADI(0.03 mg/kg bw/d)和嘧霉胺ADI(0.2 mg/kg bw/d),表明海南居民对于水果中抑霉唑、嘧霉胺的暴露是安全的。Objective The aim of this study was to survey the contamination situation in fruits of Hainan province. The residue levels of imazalil and pyrimethanil were monitored from 2012 to 2014. And the dietary exposures from imazalil and pyrimethanil were evaluated with the monitoring data and inhabitant food consumption data. Methods Considering the factors including plant area,peak season and population distribution, 499 samples were collected from ten cities in Hainan province, including Haikou,Dongfang, Ledong, Sanya, Qionghai, Changjiang, Chengmai, Lingao, Wanning, and Lingshui. Among them, 358 samples were from orchards and 141 samples were from markets. Then the residues of imazalil and pyrimethanil were determined. And the dietary exposures were evaluated according to national theoretical maximum daily intake method. Results The risk indexes(RI) of imazalil and pyrimethanil were 6.50% and 1.36%. The dietary exposure of imazalil and pyrimethanil were 0.00437 μg/kg bw/d and 0.00519μg/kg bw/d when N.D. results were replaced by 0. When N.D. results were replaced by 1/2 LOD, the dietary exposure of imazalil and pyrimethanil were 0.00530 μg/kg bw/d and 0.00612 μg/kg bw/d. When N.D. results were replaced by LOD, the values were0.00628 μg/kg bw/d and 0.00710 μg/kg bw/d. Conclusion The risk indexes(RI) of imazalil and pyrimethanil were all far less than100%. And the dietary exposure values were all less than ADI values of imazalil(0.03 mg/kg bw/d) and pyrimethanil(0.2 mg/kg bw/d). This indicated that the exposures of imazalil and pyrimethanil in fruits from Hainan province were in the safe range.
