摘  要:针对家庭用户用电行为特征及家用电器的使用时间段特性,提出了基于智能用电环境下的家庭用电能效状态模糊综合评估方法。首先建立家庭用电指标体系,然后利用粗糙集属性约简法对指标体系进行筛选优化,最后建立基于递阶综合评价方法的能效评估模型。该模型分为基于特征值法和G1群组法相结合的一级指标评估、基于熵权法的二级指标评估以及最终的综合评估三个层次。经实例验证,该方法能较好地检测和评估家庭能耗情况,有效提高居民用电效率。In view of the behavior of usage of household appliances and its time characteristics, a method of fuggy comprehensive evaluation of energy consumption under the environment of intelligent use of the appliances is pro- posed. Firstly, an index system for home electricity consumption is established, then the system is optimized using rough set attribute reduction sieving method, and finally the comprehensive evaluation method based on the hierar- chical energy evaluation model is established. The model is divided into three levels, namely: primary assessment index based on the combination of eigenvalue method and G1 groups, secondary assessment index based on entropy method, and the final comprehensive assessment. The method can better detect and evaluate home energy con- sumption and improve the efficiency of home electric energy consumption.
