摘　　要：随着移动互联网应用领域的高速发展,相关专业的人才需求出现巨大缺口,国内很多高校开始陆续开办相关专业。为了培养适合企业需求的高技能人才,提出了一种基于职业能力模型的移动应用人才培养模式。该模式建立在深入的市场调研基础上,分析企业的岗位设置和核心能力要求,分阶段实施核心能力培养。为了保障人才培养质量,在师资队伍建设、校企合作、实验实训基地建设等方面提出了建议。With the rapid development of mobile internet,the related talents are in great demand.So many colleges started the majors on mobile application.In order to cultivate talents that are suitable for enterprise,the paper presents an talent development model based on vocational ability mode.The model is built on the basis of in-depth market research,analyzes the post setting and the core capacity requirements,develops the students＇capacity stage by stage.To ensure the quality of talent training,some suggestions are given on construction of teaching staff, school-enterprise cooperation,the establishment of the experiment and training bases and etc.
