摘　　要：上世纪四十年代出现在上海沦陷区的《古今》杂志,因与汪伪成员的特殊关系,在学界长期受到冷遇,但其在编辑理念上却有值得肯定之处,主要表现在读者本位意识和名家效应的强化两个方面。在思想内容上,由于受时局形势之影响,作品以叙述轶闻遗事为主体,缺少鲜明的现实关怀,整体浸染了怀古的伤悼色彩。在物价飞涨、物资紧缺的现实环境下,刊物的运营和经济状况面临多重困难,几近举步维艰,最后不得不宣告停刊,《古今》的出现和存在为我们提供了一份反映沦陷区社会现实和文人精神状态的珍贵史料。The Gujin magazine appeared in the enemy occupied area of Shanghai＇ s in last century forty＇ s, because of the special relationship with the puppet members, this magazine has long been cold in the academic community, but the editorial philosophy has its merits, mainly in two aspects of the reader oriented consciousness and strengthening famous writers. In the ideological content, due to the influence of the situation, the lost story works is the main body, the lack of realistic solicitude sharp, overall disseminated the nostalgia of the mourning color. In the soaring prices, shortage of materials under a realistic environment, Gujin＇ s operation and economic conditions faced many difficulties, finally it had to be declared the publication, and the emergence and existence of Gujin magazine provides us with a valuable historical data reflect the social reality and the literary spirit in enemy occupied area.
