摘 要:肠道黏膜免疫系统异常是溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)发生发展的主要原因。调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)和辅助性T细胞17(The helper 17 cells,Th17)所形成的Treg/Th17免疫平衡轴是维持肠道免疫稳态的关键因素,本文将对影响和调节Treg/Th17免疫平衡轴的各种细胞和转录因子进行综述。同时综述了流式细胞术在检测Treg/Th17中的最新进展。Intestinal mucosal immune system abnormality is main cause of ulcerative colitis(UC). Treg/Th17 immune axis balance may play a key role in maintaining intestinal immune homeostasis. In this article, we will summarize recent researches about Treg/Th17 immune axis in UC and the cellular and transcriptional factors which could affect Treg and Th17. Meanwhile, as an important detect method, flow cytometry has been widely used in evaluating Treg/Th17 immune axis balance, therefore, we also review the latest progress of flow cytometry in the detection of Treg/Th17, such as the ratio of Treg/Th17 immune axis in different experiments and the main dyes and agents used in the detection.
