摘 要:目的:探讨扩散加权成像(DWI)在腹部良、恶性淋巴结鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:分析患者腹腔淋巴结MRI资料,比较良、恶性淋巴结相对信号强度(RSI)和表观扩散系数(ADC)。结果:40例共计139枚淋巴结,良性81枚,恶性58枚。139枚淋巴结全部为DWI高信号,128枚呈ADC低信号,11枚呈等高信号;良、恶性淋巴结平均ADC值分别(1.359±0.212)×10-3 mm2/s和(0.960±0.261)×10-3 mm2/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RSI分别为(3.144±1.587)和(5.603±1.537),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DWI成像可作为腹部淋巴结检查及良恶、性淋巴结鉴别诊断的辅助手段。Objective : To evaluate the abdomen benign and malignant lym ap ph plication of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) in diagnosis of nodes: Methods : MRI data of patients with abdominal lymph node were analyzed, and relative signal intensity (RSI) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of benign and malignant lymph nodes were compared. Results: 40 enrolled patients had 139 lymph nodes,with 81 beni on DWI,and 128 of gn th nodes and 58 malignant nodes. 139 lymph nodes all displayed hyperintensity em displayed hypointensity and others showed iso-hyperintensity on ADC images. The mean ADC values of the benign and malignant groups were respectively (1. 359±0. 212) and (0. 960±0. 261) ×10^-3 mm^2/s and RSI were (3. 144±1. 587) and (5. 603±1. 537) , the differences were statistically significant for ADC value and RSI between benign and malignant lymph nodes(P〈0.05). Conclusion: MR DWI could be used as an alterative technique in diagnosis of abdominal benign or malignant lymph nodes.
