摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱-质谱法同时分析运动营养品中大麻酚、大麻二酚和Δ9-四氢大麻酚的检测方法。方法:样品采用液液萃取,提取液经过正相固相萃取柱(Silica)纯化,洗脱液氮气吹干,N-甲基-N-(三甲基硅烷)三氟乙酰胺衍生化后,采用HP-1MS柱(17 m×0.2 mm i.d.×0.11 mm)色谱分离,程序升温,质谱检测,D3-Δ9-四氢大麻酚为内标。结果:大麻酚、大麻二酚和Δ9-四氢大麻酚的衍生化产物实现基线分离,三个定性特征离子的峰度比计算结果可以满足世界反兴奋剂机构(WADA)要求。该方法的检测限为1μg/kg,定量限为2μg/kg,在添加的高、中、低三种浓度的相对回收率分布在94%~119%之间。结论:该方法满足常规检测要求,样品前处理简单、快速、可靠。Objective To introduce a method for determining cannabinol, cannabidiol and Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) simultaneously. Methods The target compounds were prepared by liquid-liquid phase extraction and purified by Silica Oasis solid prepared extraction column, the elution was dried by nitrogen, the analytes were completely separated by HP-1MS column(17m ×0.2mm i.d. ×0.11μm thickness) in linear temperature program and detected by GC-MS.Quantitative analysis was corrected by an isotope internal standard D3-Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol. Results The relative recovery of target compounds spiked in blank sample in high,moderate and low concentrations ranged from 94 to 119%. 1μg/kg of detection limits for target analytes and 2μg/kg of quantification limits were achieved. Conclusion The method introduced in this study is simple, rapid, reliable and suitable for routine analysis of athletic nutrition. 【Key Words】:
