摘  要:目的:为了对南江银花(细毡毛忍冬)的质量评价提供依据,本文首次对南江银花中脂溶性化学成分进行分析。方法:运用GC-MS法对南江银花药用部位化学成分进行分离测定,结合质谱库检索系统对化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:检测出29个色谱峰,鉴定出20个化合物,占总组分的77.8%。结论:首次对南江银花脂溶性化学成分进行定性研究,其脂溶性成分主要为烃类、酯和脂肪酸类。Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the liposoluble contents from Lonicera similis Hemsl and to provide scientific foundations on quality evaluation. This is the first on Lonicera similis Hemsl in petroleum ether chemical composition analysis. Methods: The lipophilic constituents were isolated and identified by GC-MS. The structures were identified combine with database search system of mass spectrometry. The relative content of every compound was determined by normalization method. Results: Total 29 kinds of chromatographic peaks were isolated and 20 compounds were identified accounting for 77.8% of the total liposoluble contents in Lonicera similis Hemsl. Conclusion: For the first time on Lonicera similis Hemsl petroleum ether qualitative study of the chemical composition. The essential components of Lonicera similis Hems1 were hydrocarbon, ester and fatty acid.
