摘  要:基于欧拉公式和挠性体摩擦理论,采用逐点计算法计算了无极绳绞车钢丝绳的各点张力。依据摩擦驱动原理并结合微元法,得出了无极绳绞车驱动力的积分计算公式。通过积分运算得出,传统的逐点计算法所得出的钢丝绳张力不能完全满足驱动力的要求,需增大张紧力,以满足驱动传动条件。在此基础上引入了松边张力扩大系数ε,为无极绳绞车张紧力的理论计算提供了依据。Based on Euler's formula and the flexible body friction theory, the tension at each point of wire rope of the endless-rope winch was calculated by the point-by-point calculation method. According to friction drive principle and in combination with infinitesimal method, the integral calculation formula of the driving force of the endless-rope winch was obtained. The integral calculation results showed the tension of the wire rope obtained by the traditional point-by-point calculation method failed to meet the requirement of the driving force, thus the tension needed increasing to satisfy the driving condition. In addition, the loose edge tension expansion coefficientε was introduced to provide support for theoretical calculation of the tension of endless-rope winch.
