盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗口腔黏液囊肿的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗口腔黏液囊肿的疗效。方法 109例口腔黏液囊肿患者,随机分为对照组49例和观察组60例。对照组给予基础性处理措施,观察组采用盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗。观察两组口腔黏液囊肿患者临床治疗效果、治疗后6个月随访复发率情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ2=12.99,P<0.05);观察组患者复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.40,P<0.05)。结论盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗口腔黏液囊肿的临床治疗效果明显,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate curative effect by promethazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of oral mucous cyst. Methods A total of 109 oral mucous, cyst patients were randomly divided into control group with 49 cases and observation group with 60 cases. The control group received basic nursing measures, and the observation group received promethazine hydrochloride injection for treatment. Clinical effects and recurrence rate after 6 months were observed in the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate （x^2=12.99, P〈0.05） and lower recurrence rate than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance （x^2=15.40, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Promethazine hydrochloride injection provides obvious clinical effect in treating oral mucous cyst, with low recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
