摘 要:选取21日龄的杜×长×大三元杂交早期断奶仔猪10窝,按母猪胎次和平均体重相近的原则随机分成2组,即SDPP组(基础日粮+3%的血浆蛋白)和酵母水解物(Yeast extract,YE)组(基础日粮+3%的YE),每组5个重复,试验期为14 d,以研究不同蛋白源对仔猪生长性能、血清生理生化指标和激素水平以及肠道黏膜形态的影响。试验结果表明:1SDPP组与YE组仔猪的平均日增重、采食量、器官指数和腹泻率等指标差异均不显著(P>0.05);2SDPP组与YE组仔猪的血清生理生化指标均差异不显著(P>0.05);3与SDPP组相比,YE组仔猪血清的T3含量显著提高(P<0.05),但两组仔猪血清的胰岛素、T4和皮质醇含量均差异不显著(P>0.05);4与SDPP组相比,YE组仔猪空肠段的隐窝深度降低,且差异显著(P<0.05),绒毛高度和V/C值均差异不显著(P>0.05)。日粮中添加SDPP和YE对早期断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标无明显优势,但对仔猪血清激素水平和肠道黏膜形态有一定的影响。To study Ihe effects of yeast extract on growth performance, hormone level and jejum muco- sal morphology of early weaned piglets, 10 litters with similar average body weight were randomly di- vided into 2 groups: SDPP group (basal diet +3%SDPP) and YE group (basal diet + 3%YE) (n=5). The experiment lasted for 14 (lays. The results showed that: (1) dietary supplementation with SDPP and YE did not affect ADG, ADFI, organ index and diarrhea rate of piglets(P〉0.05); (2) dietary supplementa- tion with SDPP and YE did not affect blood biochemical indices of early weaned piglets (P〉0.05);(3) dietary supplement with YE increased T3 concentrations of blood(P〈0.05).Whereas there were no dif- ferences in the concentration of plasma insulin, T4 and eortisol between two groups.(P〉0.05); (4) YE supplementation reduced the jejum crypt depth by 21.10% (P〈0.05), but there were no differenc-es in Villous Height and Villus height:crept depth ratio(P〉0.05)between two groups. In con- clusion, dietary supplementation with SDPP and YE did not affect the growth performance and blood biochemical indiees of piglets. However,YE supplementation inereased the level of T~ and reduced the jejum crypt depth of piglets, which may demonstrated that YE supplementation was contributed to the growth and intestinal development of ear- ly weaned piglets.
