摘  要:以陕西地方茶树紫阳群体种中的代表性种质‘紫阳槠叶种’为材料,采用石蜡切片法对花芽形成和分化过程进行解剖观察。结果表明:‘紫阳槠叶种’花芽分化始于5月中旬,至6月下旬结束,10月中旬达到盛花期;花芽分化过程可分为:花芽分化初期、萼片原基形成期、花瓣原基形成期、雄蕊原基形成期和雌蕊原基形成期等五个时期。The early development of the flower of Camellia Sinensis was described from initiation to the formation of the flower bud.The morphogenesis and growth rate of floral organs were re-corded in detail using paraffin sectioning.The time of flower bud differentiation concentrates on the end of May to the end of June,until mid-October,a large number of flower buds reaches into the flowering stage in Ziyang,Shaanxi.Flower bud development could be divided into early stage of differentiation,formative stage of sepal primordium,formative stage of petal primordium, formative stage of stamen primordium and formative stage of pistil primordium.The five stages include a series of landmark events.After the process of flower bud differentiation it enters into the development of floral organ.
