摘  要:针对冷凝换热系数测定装置非稳态启动过程的绿色节能问题,提出回收冷凝水余热的节能改进方案,建立了相应的数学模型,进行实例分析,探讨该方案的节能潜力.结果表明,采用该方案对试验装置进行改进可有效降低装置启动过程的能耗和水的消耗,节能效果明显,且经济性较高.In view of green energy issues for determination of condensation heat transfer coefficient in unsteady process during device startup, improvement program of condensate waste heat recovery was proposed, and corresponding mathematical model was established, and some examples were analyzed. The potential of energy saving was discussed. Results show that improved device with this program can effectively reduce energy and water consumption and cost-saving effect is high in startup process.
