摘　　要：信息技术在高校教学、科研等领域发挥越来越重要作用。教育部教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020年)指出,推进教育信息化仍然是一项紧迫而艰巨的任务。在数字化校园建设基础上,提出智慧校园及共享型教学资源体系建设,大力发展信息化服务,促进教学改革创新,提升服务社会能力。Information technology plays an increasingly important role in teaching, research and other fields. The ten-year development plan （2011-2020 years） of education informatization by the ministry of education pointed out that, promoting information technology in education is still an urgent and arduous task. Upon the foundation construction of digital campus, it promotes architecture of smart campus and shared teaching resources system to vigorously develop the information service, promote the teaching reform and innovation, and enhance the service ability of society.
