江苏省大学生不良健康行为及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生不良健康行为的现状及其影响因素,为促使大学生养成良好的健康行为提供依据。方法采用自编＂大学生健康行为调查表＂,对整群抽取的江苏省10所学生体质健康监测高校8 802名在校大学生进行问卷调查。采用多因素Logistic回归分析筛选影响大学生不良健康行为的主要因素。结果 8 802名大学生中,吸烟和饮酒行为的报告率分别为14.20%,53.18%;87.01%的大学生缺乏运动,66.64%的大学生在近1个月内不能按时作息,61.60%的大学生在过去1周内不能坚持每天吃早餐,且男女生间7种不良健康行为发生率差异均有统计学意义（P值均〈0.05）。68.71%的大学生存在3-5种不良健康行为,并且多种不良健康行为之间存在正相关（r=0.034-0.294,P值均〈0.01）。Logistic回归分析显示,男生、独生子女、月生活费高、父母学历低者有可能出现不良健康行为（P值均〈0.01）。结论大学生不良健康行为现况不容乐观,且存在聚集现象。亟需采取干预措施,促进大学生养成良好的健康行为。Objective To analyze current status of health-risk behaviors and associated factors among college students, and to provide .evidence for health promotion. Methods The cluster random sampling method was used to collect students from 10 universities which participated in National Students Physical Health Surveillance in Jiangsu. Health knowledge behaviors were collected through self-made questionnaire. Results Among 8 802 college students, the prevalence of current smoking and alcohol drinking was 14.20% and 53.18%. About 87% of students lacked of exercise, 66.64% had been incapable of sleeping on time within one month before the survey and 61.60% skipped breakfast during the past week. More than 2/3 of students had 3-5 types of health-risk behaviors at the same time. Positive correlations were found among those behaviors. Male, the only-child, high living expenses and low parental education were risk factor for health risk behaviors among college students. Conclusion Health-risk behaviors are significant problems among college students. Specific intervention should be implemented to promote healthy lifestyle among college students.
