前哨淋巴结转移阳性对非前哨淋巴结转移的预测效能研究

摘　　要：目的探讨前哨淋巴结转移阳性对非前哨淋巴结转移的预测效能。方法选择前哨淋巴结活检的乳腺癌患者共157例,检测前哨淋巴结转移情况,并分析前哨淋巴结转移阳性对非前哨淋巴结转移的预测效能。结果 157例患者共检出前哨淋巴结341枚,共发现转移的前哨淋巴结87枚。共清除非前哨淋巴结2 281枚,发现转移共301枚。非前哨淋巴结假阴性率为9.76%(8/82),其敏感度为95.12%(78/82),特异性为87.23%(81/94),准确度为87.26%(137/157)。结论前哨淋巴结转移阳性对非前哨淋巴结转移具有较好的预测效能。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of predicting non-sentinel lymph node metastasis by sentinel lymph node metasta-sis. Methods A total of 157 cases of sentinel lymph node biopsy were collected and the detection of sentinel lymph node metastasis was taken. Analysis of sentinel lymph node metastasis for non-sentinellymph node metastasis prediction was undertaken. Results 341 sentinel lymph node were found in the 157 patients,87 were found in the sentinel lymph node metastasis. A total of 2281 non-sentinel lymph nodes were cleared,and a total of 301 were found transferred. False negative rate of non-sentinel lymph node was 9. 76%（8/82）,with the sensitivity of 95. 12%（78/82）,a specificity of 87. 23%（81/94）and the accuracy rate was 87. 26%（137/157）. Conclusion The sentinel lymph node metastasis has bet-ter predictive performance to non sentinel lymph nodemetastasis.
