摘　　要：目的探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)蛋白在宫颈肿瘤发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测85例宫颈鳞状细胞癌、48例低级别鳞状上皮内病变、102例高级别鳞状上皮内病变及20例正常宫颈组织中CIP2A蛋白表达。并分析CIP2A的表达与临床病理参数等的关系。结果 CIP2A蛋白在正常宫颈及低级别鳞状上皮内病变组织中呈阴性表达,在高级别鳞状上皮内病变和癌组织中呈阳性表达。宫颈癌的阳性表达率明显高于高级别鳞状上皮内病变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CIP2A蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达与患者的年龄和肿瘤的大小无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着宫颈癌分化程度的降低,CIP2A的阳性率逐渐升高,高分化与低分化组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CIP2A的表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CIP2A在宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变及宫颈癌组织中呈过表达,而且随着组织学分级和临床分期的进展,表达有逐渐上升的趋势;这种过表达促进癌的发生发展,并且为宫颈癌临床诊断及治疗提供新的理论依据及措施。Objective To explore the role of CIP2A protein in occurrence and development of cervical neoplasm. Methods The expres-sion of CIP2A protein was detected in 85 cases of cervical cancer,48 cases of low squamous intraepithelial lesion,102 cases of high squamous in-traepithelial lesion and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue by immunohistochemical staining. And to analyze the relationship between CIP2A expres-sion and clinicopathological parameters and the like. Results There was negative expression of CIP2A protein observed in normal cervical tissue and low squamous intraepithelial lesion. There was positive expression of CIP2A protein observed in high squamous intraepithelial lesion and cervi-cal cancer. The positive rate in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in high squamous intraepithelial lesion（ P 〈0. 05）. The expres-sion of CIP2A protein correlated with histological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion CIP2A was overex-pressed in high squamous intraepithelial lesion and cervical cancer. CIP2A showed the increasing tendency with the progression of histological grade and clinical stage. The overexpression promoted the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,and provided the theoretical basis and measures for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
