浅析“专企一体”模式下校内生产实习方案的设计与实施

摘　　要：高职院校实施"专企一体"人才培养模式,关键是专业与企业共同做好校内生产性实习。湖南交通职业技术学院工程造价专业实行"专企一体"人才培养模式,积极探索在一体化的"真实环境、真实项目、真实压力"条件下进行校内生产实习。总结了教学方案设计、课程开发、教学团队配备、生产性实训条件和运行管理模式等生产实习具体实施方案,为高职院校相关专业探索校内生产实习提供参考。The key to the implementation of the training mode of ＂major and enterprise integration＂ in higher vocational colleges is that the college and enterprise do a good job of campus productive practice jointly. The training mode of major and enterprise integration is implemented in the project cost major of Hunan Communication Polytechnic College, and the campus productive practice is explored on integrated conditions of ＂true environment~ project and pressure＂. The specific productive practice implementation plans involving the teaching scheme design, curriculum development, teaching team matching, productive practice condition and the mode of operation and management are summarized, which is expected to provide a reference for the higher vocational college that are exploring the campus productive practice.
