摘  要:目的:探讨案例模拟法在低年资护士培训中的应用及效果,进一步提高低年资护士正确判断病情、处理问题的能力。方法:对某三甲医院145名低年资护士进行案例模拟训练,并在培训前后用理论测试和问卷调查相结合的方法进行培训效果评价。结果:培训后测试成绩分数明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:案例模拟法有助于培养临床低年资护士的临床思维及应对能力,并有效提高学习积极性。Objective:To investigate the application and effect of case simulation method in the training of junior nurses in order to fur- ther enhance the ability of junior nurses to correctly judge illness and deal with the problems. Methods : The training of case simulation method was provided for 145 junior nurses a in a certain hospital at the level of grade Ⅲ class A, the basic theory test and questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the training effect before and after the training. Results :The scores of the training test of the nurses were significantly higher after the training than those before the training( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The case simulation method is conducive to the improvement of clinical thinking ability of junior nurses and the ability to cope with problems, and it can effectively improve the learning enthusiasm of the nurses.
