摘 要:在单因素试验基础上,采用CCD响应面优化设计方法,以超声提取为例,研究超声提取、微波辅助提取与回流提取方法的最优工艺。结果表明,3种最优工艺的提取率分别为37.39、36.38、38.80 mg/g。经综合比较发现,超声提取具有时间短,提取率较高,操作方便等优势,可用于大规模生产。In order to obtain the most effective extraction process of curcuminoids, ultrasonic extraction, microwaveassisted extraction and reflux extraction are studied. On the basis of the single factor experiments, the three extraction methods are optimized by central composite design-response surface methodoXogy respectively, taking ultrasonic extraction as an example. The results indicate that the yield of curcuminoids under three conditions are 37.39,36. 38 and 38.80 mg/g (per gram of rhizomes powder), respectively. By comprehensive comparison, ultrasonic extraction is found to be timesaving, efficient and handiness which may be utilized for industrial production.
