摘　　要：高校发展战略研究是高校发展的关键,基于科学预测的学科规划方案是高校战略制定的重要依据。应用社会网络分析工具,借助学科预测模型,可以科学制定高校学科发展战略,推进我国一流研究型高校的科学前沿进展;优化高校学科布局,部署以核心学科为主导的高校强势学科群战略;根据潜在交叉、前沿的学科方向探测,帮助高校明晰未来学科发展的具体路径。Research on universitiesj development strategy, especially the disciplinary planning, is of great importance to universities＂ development. Disciplinary planning based on scientific forecasting is an important reference for the formulation of strategy. Using social network method, depending on the discipline forecasting model for higher education institutions, scientific development strategy of university discipline can be made with the help of discipline forecasting model, so as to promote the scientific progress of the first-class research-oriented universities in China, optimize the layout of disciplines, and deploy the superior discipline group strategy on the core discipline. According to the detection of frontier and potential inter-discipline direction, universities can make a clear and specific path of discipline development in the future.
