摘 要:根据电石渣颗粒不同粒径范围内Ca(OH)2的含量,确定分离目标粒径和水力旋流器的结构尺寸。利用FLUENT软件中的多相流模型和离散相模型进行流场和颗粒运动的仿真,验证水力旋流器提纯电石渣的可行性,并对水力旋流器的结构进行优化。结果表明,利用水力旋流器对电石渣颗粒进行提纯具有一定的效果;通过对水力旋流器的结构进行的优化,增加了环形齿和中心柱,使其具有更好的分离性能。According to the content of Ca(OH)2 of carbide slag in various particle size range, the size of separated target and the structural dimension of the hydrocyclone were determined. The multiphase model and discrete phase model in FLUENT were applied to simulate the flow field and particle movement, so as to verify the feasibility of purifying carbide slag with the hydrocyclone. In addition, the structure of the hydrocyclone was optimized. The results showed the hydrocyclone could purify the carbide slag effectively. The ring gear and the central column were added in the structural optimization of the hydrocyclone, which made the hydrocyclone possess better separation performance.
