摘  要:笔者设计的低功耗短距离无线数据采集及传输的系统,解决了盾构滚刀磨损检测系统因环境恶劣,而无法布线与实时监测的问题。该系统采用MSP430与CC1101无线射频模块,建立硬件及软件平台,制定合理的低功耗设计方案,并使用Lab VIEW编程上位机软件,实时在线监测滚刀磨损量。试验结果表明,系统能够满足设计要求,实现了盾构滚刀磨损的实时在线监测,为盾构滚刀磨损的检测提供了一种安全可靠的检测方式。A low-power and short-distance wireless data acquisition and transmission system was designed,which avoided the failure of cable layout and online detection of the wear detection system for TBM cutter due to severe surroundings. In the system, MSP430 and CCl101 RF module were applied the hardware and the software platfom were established, reasonable low-power scheme was fomaulated, and LabVIEW was applied to program the software of the master computer, thus online wear detection for TBM cutter was realized. The system offered a safc and reliable detection mode for wear detection of TBM cutter.
