摘  要:高校专业技术职务自主聘任制属于社会改革中教育领域改革的重要组成部分,以人为本视域下高校专业技术职务自主聘任制的内涵,强调以人为本理念深入贯彻的必要性。改革完善高校专业技术职务自主聘任制,可采用鼓励优秀教师脱颖而出、建立岗位聘任循环机制、健全灵活高效评价机制和建立人才储备体系等一系列措施。Appointment of professional and technical position in colleges and universities is an important part of education field in social reform. In this paper, under the perspective of people oriented, the connotation of professional and technical position in colleges and universities emphasizes the necessity of thoroughly applying the people-oriented concept. In order to renovate and improve professional and technical position in colleges and universities, a series of changeable measures should be took by encouraging outstanding teachers to stand out, setting up circulation mechanism of position appointment, improving the flexible and effective evaluation mechanism and the establishing the labor reservation system, etc.
