摘　　要："生理学"是医卫类专业课程体系中一门重要的专业基础课。要确保该课程整个教学过程的顺利开展,绪论课出彩是关键之一。绪论是"生理学"的总论和开篇,多年的教学实践使笔者认为,通过吃透教材、精心设计、提升自身修养等方法搞好绪论课教学,后续的教学效果将事半功倍。＂Physiology＂ is an important professional basic course for medical curriculum system. To ensure the developing smoothly in the whole teaching process, one of the keys is the prolegomena lesson taught well. The prolegomena introduction is the general and opening of＂physiology＂. Teaching introduction well, author thinks that subsequent teaching effect will get twice the result with half the effort by the methods of studying teaching material, well-designed, improving their self-cultivation and so on.
