新疆兵团政法系统双语培训教学改革设想

摘　　要：在全力推进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的进程中,加强双语学习是党和国家"稳疆兴疆,富民固边"的重要举措。本文结合教学实践,从新疆兵团政法系统双语培训的重要性、课程设置和教材选择、师资、学员和培训工作的研究这五方面进行了分析和思考,旨使新疆兵团政法系统双语培训教学取得突破性进展,从而促进新疆兵团发挥三大作用,开展三化建设,进而推动新疆的发展与繁荣。In the effort to promote the process of xinjiang great-leap-forward development and stability, strengthen bilingual learning is the party and the state ＂stability and xing jiang, and bring side＂ of the important measures. In this paper, combining with teaching practice, from the xinjiang production and construction corps of political science and law system of the importance of bilingual training, curriculum and teaching material choice, teachers, students and training work of study these five aspects are analyzed and thinking, aimed to make xinjiang production and construc- tion corps training bilingual teaching breakthrough of political science and law system, so as to promote xinjiang pro- duction and construction corps give play to the role of the three, to carry out the three construction, to promote xin- jiang＇s development and prosperity.
