血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞42例

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤加减联合注射用纤溶酶治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法将97例患者随机分为两组,症属非缺血型者81例,对照组39例,采用注射用纤溶酶溶栓治疗;治疗组42例,采用血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.10%、84.62%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组。结论血府逐瘀汤加减联合注射用纤溶酶治疗视网膜静脉阻塞是安全、有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Fibrinogenase for Injection on the treatment of nonischemic retinal vein occlusion. Methods 97 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（n=39） was treated with thrombolysis for Fibrinogenase for Injection. The treatment group（ n =42） was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Fibrinogenase for Injection. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 88.10% and 84.62%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the clinical effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Xuefu zhuyu decoction with Fibrinogenase for Injection was a safe and effective method on the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.
