快速康复外科对结直肠癌患者机体内环境及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科对结直肠癌患者机体内环境及疼痛的影响。方法结直肠癌患者60例,分治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组进行快速康复流程准备;对照组进行传统方法准备。手术前后均进行外周血白细胞、IL-6、PGE2、电解质等指标检查,术后观察对比各项指标变化情况及疼痛评分。结果治疗组外周白细胞、IL-6、PGE2下降趋势明显快于对照组;术后3d内血清Na+、K+等电解质指标均优于对照组;治疗组术后疼痛明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症差异无统计学意义。结论快速康复流程对于治疗结直肠癌患者优势明显,可有力的稳定术后患者机体内环境、减少术后疼痛、促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of the fast track surgery on internal environment and pain in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty patients with colorectal cancer were divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were prepared for the fast track surgery（N =30）.Patients in the control group were prepared for the routinely done（N =30）.Before and after the operation were performed in peripheral white blood cells、IL-6、PGE2、electrolytes and index inspection,observation scores and the changes of index compared with postoperative pain.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells at the interface were separated by Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation,and then the cells at the interface were placed into cell culture dishes.Results For the treatment group,the peripheral white blood cell,IL-6and PGE2 decreased significantly faster than the control group.Within 3days after surgery,Na＋、K＋indicators were better than the control group;the treatment group postoperative pain was significantly less than that of the control group,which were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Complications were no significant difference.Conclusion For the fast track surgery to the patients with colorectal cancer,the advantage is obvious.It can be stable the internal environment of patients,reduce postoperative pain,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
