摘　　要：Wnt信号途径的传导和调控在胚胎发育和细胞恶性转变中起着重要作用,对其深入的研究,会对肿瘤的发生发展机制产生新的理解和认识。根据近几年国内外相关文献,对Wnt信号途径在常见皮肤肿瘤的发病机制进行评价,对最新研究进展进行综述,可以为肿瘤的早期诊断以及治疗提供良好的分子标记。The conduction and regulation of Wnt signaling pathway play an important role in embryonic cell development and malignant cell transformation. The further research will bring a fresh understanding and viewpoint to the development of tumor. According to the related literature at home and abroad in recent years, the evaluation of Wnt signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of common skin tumors and the review of the latest research progress can provide new insights into the early tumor diagnosis and treatment.
