摘　　要：五运六气学说是中医基础理论的重要组成部分,在预测气候变化与人体健康和疾病关系时发挥了重要作用。从"重症急性呼吸综合征(SARS)""人禽流行性感冒""埃博拉出血热"等近年来发生的重大疫情的病因病机和发展趋势看,运用传统中医五运六气理论对疫情的病因病机、发展趋势进行分析,对预测疫情发展、指导疫情防治具有重要作用。The theory of ＂Five movements and six climates＂ is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, es- pecially plays an important role in the prediction of the relationships between the climate change and human health and dis- ease. From ＂severe acute respiratory syndrome （SARS） human avian influenza ebola haemorrhagic fever＂ in recent years, such as major outbreaks of pathogeny and development trend to see, on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine ＂Yunqi＂ to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis, development trend of the epidemic, to obtain a forecast epidemic situation development and guide the role of epidemic prevention.
