摘　　要：《伤寒论》的版本一向为学者所注意,但因年代久远,汉唐之时,书籍皆靠手抄传授而无刻版印刷,难以广为流传。通过对近10年《伤寒论》版本研究的文献进行收集和整理,归纳总结《伤寒论》版本研究的成果和现况。近年来,对于《伤寒论》版本研究的成果并不特别突出,《伤寒论》在版本研究方面,多数认同以宋本和成注本为权威版本。《伤寒论》版本的研究者中以钱超尘教授为首,其对宋本《伤寒论》的研究最为透彻,对张仲景本人及宋本《伤寒论》的流传演变研究颇为详细。另有其他学者亦对宋本《伤寒论》及其他版本的《伤寒论》进行了版本研究,但研究不够深入且不具有系统性。Editions of Treatise on Febrile Disease has always been attention by scholars, but for long time from Han and Tang dynasties, literatures are on hand-written and without block-printing, difficult to widely circulated. Based on research nearly 10 years editions of Treatise on Febrile Disease as well as collection and sorting of literatures, sumup editions of the Treatise on Febrile Disease＇s research results and current conditions. In recent years, the study of Treatise on Febrile Disease of achievement is not particularly outstanding, in edition research, most identify Song edition and annotated edition as authorita- tive version. The researchers of Treatise on Febrile Disease, led by professor QIAN Chaochen, his study on Song edition of Treatise on Febrile Disease is the most thorough. He described ZHANG Zhongjing and the spread of Song＇S Treatise on Febrile Disease evolution research detailedly. Other scholars also had studied Song edition of Treatise on Febrile Disease and other editions, however, their studies lack of in-depth and systemically.
