角膜铁屑异物390例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:总结裂隙灯显微镜下剔除角膜铁屑异物的操作技巧及术后用药。方法:选取2014年1-12月于笔者所在医院眼科门诊治疗的390例(390眼)角膜铁屑异物患者作为研究对象,根据角膜铁屑异物深浅、锈蚀程度、锈环与角膜粘连程度等设计不同的剔除方法及用药方案。结果:390例患者中,采用一点杠杆式异物剔除术113例;松解法异物剔除术105例;环形分离整体剔除术172例。经以上治疗后,铁屑异物易一次性剔除,无感染、角膜穿孔等并发症发生。结论:根据角膜铁屑异物的深浅、锈蚀程度、锈环与角膜粘连程度等采用不同的剔除方法及用药具有减少操作、安全、减少并发症等优点。Objective：To summarize the operation skill and postoperative medication for eliminating corneal iron foreign bodies under the slit-lamp microscope.Method：390 eyes of 390 patients with corneal iron foreign bodies for outpatient treatment in the Department of Ophthalmology from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as research objects,the different removal methods and postoperative medication based on depth of foreign body,rust,degree of adhesion of the corneal rust ring were designed.Result：In 390 patients,using a lever for removing foreign bodies in 113 cases,loose solution for removing foreign bodies in 105 cases,annular separation for removing foreign bodies in 172 cases.After the above treatment,the corneal iron foreign bodies were removed easily by one-time and without complications such as infection,corneal perforation and so on.Conclusion：Designing different removal methods and postoperative medication based on depth of foreign body,rust,degree of adhesion of the corneal rust ring of patients has the advantages of reduced operation,safety,reduction of complications and so on.
