中小企业科技创新状况的调查与建议——以江苏省泰州市为例

摘　　要：文章通过对江苏省泰州市中小企业科技创新现状的调查,认为企业的科技创新全社会支持不够、科技合作缺少长远的运作、企业主与科技人员创新的动力不足等是制约泰州中小企业科技创新发展的主要问题。针对这些问题,文章结合企业科技创新的影响因素,提出了建议:立足基层一线,创新激励机制;加强科技人员的引进、培训;发挥政府部门的引导作用,在政策与财力上,加大对有效中介机构的支持;分担企业科技创新风险;加强政府对企业的扶持。In this paper, through the investigation on the present situation of technological innovation of small and medium sized enterprises in Taizhou city, the problems of restricting the development of small and medium sized enterprises in Taizhou science and technology innovation are analyzed： the social support for technology innovation of small and medium sized enterprise is not enough, the lack of long-term cooperation in science and technology enterprises, the shortage of innovation power of business owners and technical personnel. To solve these problems, combined with the influence factors of enterpris~ technological innovation, this paper puts forward some suggestions： based on the basic line, innovating incentive mechanism, strengthening the introduction, training of technical personnel, give full play of the guiding role of government, increasing the effective intermediary support in policy and financial resources, sharing the risk of innovation, strengthening the government＇s support for the enterprise.
