摘　　要：作为以信息为基础的生命性活动,心理系统是一个自组织、自复制、自适应、自学习、自稳定的超循环系统。重创下的个体易产生心理危机,心理危机是心理系统的"突变点",也是系统进化的关键时期。以"助人自助"为宗旨的心理危机干预,是他组织到自组织的过程,也是促进系统宏观进化的有效途径。实现从危机到"生机"的转变,关键在于能否通过危机干预等途径注入积极的"种子"——核心信念、危机应对方式等,并通过超循环生成机制,稳定为所期望的人格特质与行为模式。Psychological system as an information - based life activity is a kind of hypercycle struc-ture, which is self - organizing, self - reproducing, self - adapting, self - learning and self stabilizing. Hard- hit Ones are more prone to psychological crisis, and it is not only the catastrophe point of psychologicalsystem, but also the critical period of the systematic evolution. ＂Help people to help themselves＂ is the ul-timate aim of psychological crisis intervention, and it is also a way by which the system evolves from heter- organization to self - organization. The key point of the change from crisis to vitality is ＂Origin of Gen-eration＂, for instance, positive beliefs, crisis coping styles should be first established by crisis intervene,then through hypercycle process, steady personality and behavior pattern are being remade gradually.
