摘　　要：本文讨论在管理科学中运用系统思维方法,特别是整体性管理和协同和谐运作的重要意义。文中重点讨论了系统思维方法和整体管理方法的要点以及系统整体管理的具体结构等。In this paper we discussed the important sense for applications of system thinking method in the management science, specieally for holism management and collaborative harmonious operation. We focused on the main points of system thinking methods and holism managements methods, as well as the specific structure of system holism managements.
