基于主成分分析法的安徽制造业创新文化建设实证研究

摘　　要：基于主成分分析法,以创新文化建设的基础、创新文化建设的投入以及创新文化建设的成果三个环节构建创新文化建设的评价指标体系,并以安徽省制造业为例进行打分排名。结果表明:安徽省制造业创新文化建设呈现出时间维度上排名逐年递增,空间维度上排名差异明显的特点。政策建议主要包括:夯实创新文化建设基础、加大创新文化建设投入力度、提高创新文化建设成果比例、促进区域创新文化建设均衡发展。Based on principal component analysis method, it constructed the construction of innovation culture evaluation index system including three links which were the construction foundation, the construc- tion investment, and the construction achievement. And it took Anhui manufacturing enterprises as an ex- ample to point ranking. It showed that the results of innovation culture construction were increasing year by year and obvious differences in the space dimension. Policy suggestions mainly included reinforcing the innovation culture construction foundation, increasing the innovation culture construction investment, im- proving the innovation culture construction achievement ratio and promoting the balanced development of the construction of regional innovation culture.
