摘　　要：人才资源是皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区发展的重要动力源,在示范区建设中发挥决定性作用,目前却存在高层次人才供给机制不健全、人才激励机制不协调、人才创新创业环境有待优化三大突出问题,未来应当在创新平台、激励机制、流动机制和合作机制方面大胆创新,为人才发展提供更好的制度环境。Human resources as important development power played decisive role in the construction of Wanjiang City Belt which is industrial transfer demonstration area. But at present it had three outstanding problems, supply mechanism of high level talent, talent incentive mechanism was not perfect coordination, talent innovation environment should be optimized,the future of the area should streng then in the innova- tion platform mechanism, incentive mechanism, the flow mechanism and bold innovation, to provide better system environment for talent development.
