摘 要:目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对脑梗死患者脑血流动力学的影响。方法选取在该科就诊的脑梗死患者108例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组患者给予降压、脱水和抗凝等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上增加使用丹参多酚酸盐。检测和记录二组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损(NDS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容、血浆黏度、最大峰值流速、舒张末流速、血管搏动指数和血管阻力指数等指标的变化。结果治疗组治疗后NDS和ADL评分与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容和血浆黏度与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后最大峰值流速、舒张末流速、血管搏动指数和血管阻力指数与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论丹参多酚酸盐可以降低脑梗死患者血液黏滞度,改善脑血流动力学,能有效的减少神经功能缺损,提高患者的日常生活能力。Objective To study the effect of salvianolate on cerebral blood flow in patients with cerebral in- farction. Methods A total of 108 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected who doctored in Xia- olan people's hospital of Zhongshan City, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with decompression, dehydration, anticoagu- lation and other conventional treatment, while the treatment group increased use of salvianolate on the basis 6f the control group. Detection and recording of two groups before and after treatment of neural function defect score {NDS), activity of daily living (ADL) score, whole blood viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, peak flow rate, Shu Zhang Mo velocity, pulsatility index and vas- cular resistance index. Results After treatment, NDS and ADL score of treatment group compared with the control group were statistically significant difference, P〈0.05; Whole blood viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, hematocrit and plasma viscosity, peak flow rate, end diastolic velocity, pulsatility index and vascular resistance index of treatment group compared with the control group were also statis- tically significant difference, P〈0. 05. Conclusion Salvianolate can reduce the blood viscosity in pa- tients with cerebral infarction degree, improve cerebral blood flow dynamics and the daily living ability of the patients, and effectively reduce the neurological deficit.
