摘　　要：目的 ELF3(E74-like factor 3,ESE-1)是ETS家族的一员,研究发现其与多种肿瘤的发生和发展存在密切关系。本文主要通过研究ELF3mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织和淋巴结中的表达,进而探讨ELF3与非小细胞肺癌组织及淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法收集临床肺癌组织30例、对应淋巴结组织60例及20例正常肺组织和40例正常淋巴结组织,通过RT-PCR的方法来检测ELF3mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织和淋巴结中的表达。结果与正常肺组织和正常淋巴结组织相比,ELF3mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织及对应淋巴结组织中表达均明显上调,两者之间均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ELF3基因的激活参与到非小细胞肺癌的发展过程中,并且其高表达与淋巴结转移存在一定关联性。Objective To observe the expression level of ELF3 mRNA in the non- small cell lung cancer tissues and lymph nodes, and to discuss the relationship between ELF3 and them. Methods We collected 30 clinical cases of lung cancer tissues, the corresponding 60 cases of lymph node tissues and 20 cases of noxmal lung tissues and 40 cases of normal lymph node tissues, and then detected ELF3 mRNA expression in non- small cell lung cancer tissues and lymph nodes by RT- PCR. Results The results showed that, comparing with normal lung tissues and lymph node tissues, the expression level of ELF3 mRNA was sig- nificantly up-regulated, and there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can be inferred that ELF3 genes high level expression is related to the development of NSCLC and the metastasis of lymph nodes.
