牙周基础治疗联合局部用药对牙周袋内幽门螺杆菌的影响

摘　　要：目的探索牙周治疗对口腔幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性率的影响。方法选择口腔Hp阳性患者180例,随机分成三组(基础治疗+米诺环素组、基础治疗+碘甘油组、基础治疗组),实时荧光PCR检测每组1个月、3个月后口腔Hp,比较三组Hp阳性率情况。结果三组治疗后1个月、3个月口腔Hp阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗是清除口腔Hp的有效治疗措施;配合局部应用盐酸米诺环素可增强清除口腔Hp的效果。Objective To explore the effect of periodontal treatment on oral Hp positive rate. Methods Totally 180 patients with oral Hp positive were randomly divided into three groups { Minoeycline group, I- odine glycerin group, foundation treatment group}, then the oral Hp was detected by real - time fluores- cent PCR in every group after one month, followed~ up three months, oral Hp positive rate was compared among three groups. Results Oral I-IF positive rate were different in three groups when the treatment had been completed in one month and three months {P（0. 05）. Conclusion Foundation treatment of periodon- titis is an effective treatment for removal of oral Hp; Cooperating with local application of minocycline hydroehloride can enhance the effect of the removal of oral Hp.
