摘  要:目的 观察钛金属微种植体支抗在正畸治疗中的效果及稳定性。方法 选取正畸科治疗的52例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类前突畸形患者为研究对象,在上颌第二前磨牙、第一磨牙牙根间植入钛金属微种植体,测量治疗前后牙内收、软组织变化,评估其稳定性。结果 52例患者自植入支抗到拔牙间隙完全关闭的时间约为5~16个月,平均(9.7±1.3)个月。共植入104颗钛金属微种植体,期间3颗脱落,5颗松动,本次种植体成功率92.1%。治疗前后标志点变化以上颌切牙最明显,其牙轴U1-SN,内收距离U1-Y,垂直向压低距离U1-PP明显变化(〈0.05)。上下唇前突得到改善,E line-UL和E line-LL均显著降低,颌突角G-Sn-Pg缩小,鼻唇角NLA增加。结论 钛金属微种植体作为骨性正畸支抗效果肯定,可显著改善患者外观,而且稳定性较高。[ Objective] To observe the efficiency and stability of micro-implant for orthodontic anchorage in patients with maxillary protrusion. [Methods] Fifty-two patients with Angel's Class II Division 1 maxillary protrusion in our department were selected as the study subjects, and were given implantation of titanium micro- implants between the maxillary second premolar and first molar. Changes of teeth adduction and soft tissue before and after treatment were measured and stability was estimated. [ Results ] The time of extraction space closure was 5-16 months, the mean time was (9.7± 1.3) months. The total number of micro-implants was 104. All the micro- implants were successfully implanted except 5 loosened and 3 lost, and the successful rate was 92.1%. The maxillary protrusion was significantly improved, the U1-SN, U1-Y and U1-PP had obvious changes compared to pre- treatment ones (P 〈 0.05). The upper and lower lip protrusions were improved, and the E line-UL, E line-LL and G-Sn-Pg decreased while the NLA increased. [ Conclusion ] Micro-implant for orthodontic anchorage in patients with maxillary protrusion has obvious clinical efficiency and stability.
