角化细胞生长因子和存活素在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 观察食管鳞状细胞癌（ESCC）中角化细胞生长因子（KGF）和存活素（Survivin）的表达,探讨其与患者临床病理特征之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法对56例ESCC手术切除标本（ESCC组）、30例ESCC切除标本上、下断端（距肿瘤边缘＞5 cm）的正常食管上皮（对照组）石蜡标本组织切片进行染色,并观察、评定KGF和Survivin蛋白表达水平.分析KGF、Suwivin蛋白的表达与标本来源患者临床病理指标的关系.结果 ESCC组KGF和Survivin蛋白的表达水平（1.09±0.03、0.25 ±0.11）均显著高于对照组（4.11±1.27、0.36±0.08）,其差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.KGF蛋白的表达与有无淋巴结转移及分化程度明显相关（P＜0.05）.Survivin的表达与有无淋巴结转移明显相关（P＜0.05）.ECSS组织中KGF与Survivin表达呈正相关（r=0.873,P＜0.05）.结论 KGF和Survivin可能在ESCC的发生、发展中起重要作用.Objective To investigate the expression of keratinocyte growth factor （KGF） and survivin in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC）,and its relationship with clinicopathologic factors of patients with ESCC.Methods Fifty-six cases of surgically resected specimens from ESCC （ESCC gruoup） and 30 cases of normal esophageal epithelia from the broken ends of excisional specimens （the distance to tumor border ＞ 5 cm,control group） were selected for immunohistochemical staining of KGF and survivin expression levels.The relationship of KGF and survivin expression with the clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression levels of KGF and survivin in ESCC group （1.09 ± 0.03,and 0.25 ± 0.11） were higher significantly than those in control group （4.11 ± 1.27,and 0.36 ± 0.08,P ＜0.05）.The expression of KGF in ECSS was correlated with lymph node metastasis and the tumor differentiation degrees （P ＜ 0.05）.The expression of survivin in ECSS was correlated with lymph node metastasis （P ＜ 0.05）.There was a positive correlation between KGF and survivin expression in ECSS tissues （r =0.873,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion KGF and survivin may play important roles in the carcinogenesis and development of ESCC.
