基于因子分析的学生成绩评价对培养复合型人才的启示

摘　　要：高校学生成绩评价急需系统深入的量化评价方法。从高校本科生群体视角展开实证研究,运用因子分析法对学生成绩进行评价,找出公因子,即隐藏在学生成绩背后的潜力,主要包括公共基础课程能力、历史文化和道德修养、身体素质以及专业操作能力四方面,从而为学生的全面发展、教师的因材施教、高校的课程设置以及社会对优秀人才的定义提供相关的启示。A system of deeply quantified evaluation methods is badly needed for college students＇ performance evaluation. This article, characterized by empirical research from the perspective of the college student group, aims to put factor analysis into the assessment of students＇ performance evaluation, finding out common factors which are the potentials behind students＇ perform- ance. These factors mainly include performance of public foundation courses, accomplishment in history, culture and morality as well as physical fitness and professional operation ability. Thereby we can get relevant enlightenments for students＇ all - round development, teachers＇ individualized teaching, colleges＇ curriculum setting and society＇ s definition of excellent talents.
