摘  要:高校大学生的阅读现状不容乐观,普遍缺乏利用图书馆的热情和主动阅读的动力。实践证明,采用激励机制是推动当代大学生阅读的有效方法之一。以大连医科大学中山学院图书馆为例,列举了经典阅读活动采取阅读激励的效果及存在的问题,探讨了如何有效建立和完善阅读激励机制,确保阅读教育的制度化和长效化。The Reading ststus of university students is not optimistic, they are generally lack the enthusiasm of using the library and the motivation of active reading. Practice has proved that the use of incentive mechanism is an effective way to promote the reading of contemporary university students. Taking the library of Zhongshan College of Dalian Medical University as an example, this paper enumerates the effects of adopting the reading motivation in classic reading activities and existing problems, and probes into how to effectively establish and improve the reading incentive mechanism to ensure the institutionalization and long validity of reading education.
