摘　　要：以湖南涉外经济学院图书馆为例,从主客观两方面分析了本科教学合格评估对民办高校图书馆女馆员产生的心理影响,提出了本科教学合格评估中缓解民办高校图书馆女馆员不良心理问题的策略。Taking the library of Hunan International psychological impacts of undergraduate teaching qualifi Economics University as an cation assessment on female universities from both the subjective and objective aspects,and puts forward some psychological problems of female librarians in private colleges and universities in the example, librarians strategies course of this paper analyzes the in private colleges and for alleviating adverse qualification assessment.
