摘　　要：科技创新在经济增长中的作用日益突出。高校作为科技创新的主体之一,在经济增长中扮演着重要角色。采用数据包络分析方法,以河南省高校2009-2013年科技创新相关指标为样本,对河南省高校科技创新能力进行评价。结果表明:2009-2013年河南省高校创新效率稳步提升,技术效率较高,规模效率对综合效率影响最大。The role of science and technology innovation in economic growth is increasingly protruding, as one of the main body of technological innovation ,colleges and universities plays an important role. This paper uses the data envelopment analysis method ,related index in 2009--2013 as sample, evalutes Henan university of science and technology innovation ability. The results show that the innovation efficiency of colleges and uni- versities in Henan province from 2010 to 2013 is steady rise, technical efficiency is high, scale efficiency has the greatest influence on the comprehensive efficiency. Finally the countermeasures and suggestions of Henan uni- versity of science and technology innovation ability are put forward.
