多元人才观视域下英语类专业教师发展能力的自我建构

摘　　要：我国高校英语类专业教师的专业发展能力是以教师的自我发展意识和树立终身学习理念为重要内驱力的。专业教师不断拓展自身的知识架构是提升师生跨文化交际能力、实现多元人才培养需求的重要保障。为此,专业教师需要定位好自己的专业研究领域,塑造风格,形成特色,提升团队协作意识,加强教师之间的合作与交流,营造教研室浓郁的教学和学术氛围,从而建构自身的发展能力,全面促进外语教师的专业发展水平。The developmental capability of English major teachers is propelled by the teachers ’ consciousness of self -develop-ment and the notion of lifelong learning .English major teachers should broaden their own knowledge structure which is a guarantee to enhance their cross -cultural capability and realize the need of diverse talents cultivation .Accordingly , they should focus on their research field and form their unique styles .In the meanwhile , they shall raise the awareness of team coordination , strengthen mutual cooperation and exchanges among teaching staff and create the atmosphere of teaching and doing research , thereby constructing their own developmental capability and comprehensively promoting English teachers ’ professional development .
